All 5 min sub exposures.

The RGB colour and Ha components were taken from Kelling Heath during the Equinox star party. The sky was dark but slightly hazy and the conditions were very windy. This image was reprocessed in 2009 November. My previous processing attempt is below.

This image is compiled from the same data as above in an HaRGB composite. The use of the Ha image as the Luminance layer causes the red to be washed out and the faint stars to go pink.
The image at the top of the page is an Ha(HaR)GB composite with the Ha and red images blended to create a stronger red channel before layering the Ha only as the luminance layer.
